We do not accept returns for alcoholic beverages & tobacco products.

For Non Alcoholic and non tobacco/nicotine/vape products-
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Corked wine policy- 

If a wine is “corked,” meaning tainted with TCA, we will accept a return if these conditions are all met

  • The wine is returned within 30 days, & purchased in-store/curbside or delivery, and not shipped.
  • The bottle has at least half of the original volume of wine left
  • The wine is no more than 5 years old
  • The wine is actually tainted with TCA- Not all wine faults are due to TCA. Read more here

If you select ground shipping and do not request “hold for weather,” we will not be responsible for temperature related damage i.e. seepage, frost, protruding corks, etc. No returns will be accepted due to weather related damage

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Alcoholic beverages cannot be returned. Tobacco products & other products that contain nicotine or vapes cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Undeliverable orders-

Since title of alcoholic beverages passes to you, the buyer, at the time of sale, undeliverable orders remain your property. We will hold them for a period of up to 12 months for no charge & re-ship at your instruction & expense. To sum it up- in the interest of chain-of-custody, provenance, etc.- Once you order an item & pay for it, it becomes your property.

Late or missing refunds (Cancelled/undeliverable orders) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, please email or call us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
